March: National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month which is an annual campaign that was created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The campaign encourages everyone to focus on the importance of making informed food choices and to develop sound eating and physical activity habits. Each week of the month you can be involved in by participating in the 2021 Weekly Key Messages:

Week 1: Eat a variety of nutritious foods every day!

Week 2: Plan your meals each week!

Week 3: Learn skills to create tasty meals!

Week 4: Consult a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
